DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Turnaround
Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be processed. We dispatch our orders mainly with Sendle and/or Auspost. It may take between 2-10 business days for your order to arrive.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you via email. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Within AUSTRALIA -

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over AUD $59
  • AUD $9.95 Shipping Fee on all orders under AUD $59


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Turnaround
Additional processing time (3-5 days) may be required for international orders.

Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on location.

 
Due to circumstances beyond our control in the current international shipping climate, we aren't able to provide an ETA on the arrival of your order. 
Restrictions and operating constraints are causing delays in most countries.

  • Some countries are not currently accepting parcels.
  • Fewer international flights means some items may be delayed.
  • Items may be held longer than usual by overseas customs authorities.

Unfortunately we may not be able to ship to every country. If we are unable to process your order we will notify you and refund your order in full.


Customs, Duties and Taxes
Simply Sakura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)


Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these costs as they vary country to country.


Damages
Simply Sakura is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
