Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and exchanges due to incorrect ordering or change of mind. 
 
Sale Items
Sale items are final and strictly non-exchangeable or returnable (except found faulty/damaged). 
 
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that the product/s received is faulty or damaged, a refund or an exchange is available within 30 days from purchase date. Please email us on hello@shopsimplysakura.com to initiate investigation. Note that we do not cover return postage. After receiving and inspecting products, faulty/damaged items will be refunded or exchanged (whereby postage is covered by us).
